FAQ: How to choose the right signage company for your needs
One of the things to always consider when choosing whatever signage company is choosing the right materials.
Let’s take car wraps as one example.
A lot of people are quoting jobs at a low price so they can win them. But this can be a poor result for you – despite the seemingly low cost.
I’ve quoted a full car wrap – which might be $4,000 – and the client comes back and says I’ve got someone to $2,500.
And then, we find out when the job is done it is all peeling, the agency has used the wrong materials. They’ve wrecked the duco because they didn’t use the proper automotive vinyl.
Be wary. These are the things that can really cost you money in the long run, and you have to do the whole job again from scratch. It can ruin your paintwork.
We try and always make to use the right materials for the right application.
It’s essential that – when someone has a wall graphic or a car wrap – that they use the right materials to get the job done, and they don’t ruin the client’s possessions or property and make sure the job is basically bullet-proof.
So in six years time when it’s time to remove the decals, we don’t destroy the client’s property.
And that’s what you need to bear in mind. Always have the long-term impact of your job in your mind – whether you are an agency looking for a signage partner, or if you are a business looking to create for yourself.
Cheap or improper materials is just not worth your time.
