Position: Production Manager.

How long have you been part of the Resolve Team? I am about to turn 1 years old as a Resolve teammate.

The best part of being a part of the Resolve Team: Getting to work with some of the best people.

Why do you love the printing game?  I’ve been a part of this printing game for 20 years and at this point – printing is all I really know. I really appreciate that we get to work with great clients who are all understanding and easy to get along with.

What is your biggest guilty pleasure? Having a beer with the boys every Friday.

What do you do during your spare time? The kids- all of my spare time goes to my kids! Haha!

Current TV show obsession? Umm good question? I guess I’m like everyone else – been watching Game of thrones.

Name: Gary Collie.

Position: Production Assistant. 

How long have you been part of the Resolve Team? I have been here for three months now.

Why do you love the printing game? 

Seeing different people coming through the door from different businesses picking up or dropping off work. Also printing products, conversing with customers getting to know them, and making them feel welcome.

What was your first job?

My first real job was a copy assistant in the pictorial department at the Herald and Weekly Times under the supervision of Lester Howard, a terrific guy!

What is your biggest guilty pleasure? 

Well, I have a weakness for 70-90% dark Chocolate, a really good lemon curd tart, or French vanilla slice. Also, I love a good bourbon or dry apple cider. 

What do you do during your spare time?

I spend some of my spare time playing my electric guitar. My Saturday’s go to volunteering at the greatest place on earth, the Brunswick Street Oval, at the best football club ever, the Fitzroy Football Club. At the club I can be found either running the boundary as an Umpire or waving the goal flags – depending on how well my legs are, fitness-wise.

Secret talent: 

I have a lot of talents. Singing or playing music. But a secret talent? II think is being able to identify any arachnid or insect that I see crossing my path. The other one I can say! Haha!

STAGE ONE

Once you make your enquiry, whether it be through our website form, an email or a phone call; we will either send through some questions or if the project is self-explanatory, we will send through a quote. Once costings are approved, we will then process the job into our system and the project will be added as a task for completion.

STAGE TWO

If required, now is when we conduct a full site inspection and measure. We then proceed to briefing the production team. It is imperative that we create a comprehensive plan for the manufacture of your job. Any necessary permits or engineering requirements that need to be acquired will also happen at this stage. We raise a job ticket and you will receive a notification of an ETA for the job.

STAGE THREE

This is where we commence manufacturing your digital prints and signage to the specifications and measurements supplied and agreed upon. We will work together to overcome any challenges that may arise during the process and keep you updated as we move through the project.

STAGE FOUR

Once all manufacturing is complete, we will schedule the installation or delivery of your job. All work will be checked to ensure the highest quality is achieved before we dispatch. Installation will then take place in accordance with your deadline to make sure we deliver on time as promised. We are committed to excellence and being timely is a priority.
